Working with me
-
Thoughtful & strategic
My best work happens when product, design, and engineering can move with clarity and confidence. I focus on building strong foundations: systems, documentation, and patterns that make high-quality work feel intuitive and repeatable.
I care deeply about usability, accessibility, and craft, but I care just as much about making that quality scalable.
As a designer and leader, I look for the leverage points: Where can we reduce friction? Where can we create shared language? How do we make the “right” thing the easy thing for teams to ship?
-
Growth-oriented & Invested in people
I believe design leadership is about multiplying impact through others.
I’m constantly learning: not just to deepen my own expertise, but to better support the designers and peers around me. Whether through mentorship, feedback, or thoughtful critique, I aim to create the conditions where designers feel trusted, challenged, and supported.
My goal isn’t to be the hero in the room: it’s to help others grow into confident, autonomous leaders within their product spaces.

Energizing & observant
Conversations about systems, accessibility, and inclusivity can feel complex & even intimidating. I see that as an opportunity.
I listen closely to concerns, constraints, and hesitation. Then I work to reframe the “hard” work as meaningful, achievable progress. I bring energy, clarity, and empathy to those discussions so teams feel invited in, not judged.
Design systems and inclusive practices succeed when people feel ownership and I care deeply about building that shared momentum.
